Born from the idea of Mr. Fabio Mazzali, the company is european leader in production of filtering systems and fittings for irrigation plants, under and overground, from more then 30 years.

Growing up as an installer / plant engineer famous in Italy for over 20 years, since 1985 he started a new experience as producer to meet the growing request of special parts, becoming one of the most important reality on the national soil.

Mazzali srl with the help of his qualified entourage, give right solutions to every request of the customer, following and developing the project in all aspects. All the items, filtering systems and special parts, are realized inside the company, that means optimized quality / price index. Couplings for PVC pipes

Items available from stock, from Ø 75 to Ø 630 with standard lenght 50 / 70 cm. and standard thickness of 4 and 5 mm. Couplings are made of rough steel, hot galvanized steel and stainless steel 304. Price includes pressure gaskets for every diameter.

We produce fittings for underground plants (hydrants, elbows, tee and reductions) and movable plants with spherical joint (Ferrari, Anfor, Bauer and Mellini Martignoni). All items are made of rough steel, hot galvanized steel and stainless steel 304.

Art. 101
Net filter



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 101 is built entirely in hot galvanized steel. The filtering section is made by a stainless steel 304 support basket with a polyester net (from 50 to 200 mesh), or by a stainless steel basket with a stainless steel net inside (from 50 to 120 mesh).


FUNCTIONING

The filter Art. 101 is built following the principle of "free movement", It means that water, flowing inside the steel cylinder, brings for inertia the dirt particles to the bottom of the filter, avoiding the clogging of the polyester net. The expulsion of unwanted particles takes place, in good part, through the opening of the dumping valve at the base of the filter.

Art. 102
Disc filter



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter art. 102 is the only one example of disc filter entirely made in hot galvanized steel, avoiding problems caused by the most common epoxy coating. On this filtering system is implemented the new fixing technique          of the reed valve which makes the filter suitable for all types of irrigation.

Art. 103
Sand filter



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 103 is built entirely in hot galvanized steel, a part of the sorter section that is made in plastic material. All the diffusers has micropores of 0,4 mm.


FUNCTIONING

The sand filter is capable of retaining a greater amount of organic substances than Art. 104. The filtering system is composed of diffusers with special windows of 0,4 mm. The Quartzite (sand) used is a very fine quartz cross-section, 1-2 mm. Expulsion of impurities takes place with the help of a backwashing system (supplied on request), that reverse the flow. Usually filters are coupled, in this way each filter is washed by the clean water filtered from the other one.

Art. 103 T.O.
Sand filter D.C.



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 103 T.O. is built entirely in hot galvanized steel, a part of the sorter section that is made in plastic material. All the diffusers has micropores of 0,4 mm.


FUNCTIONING

The sand filter is capable of retaining a greater amount of organic substances than Art. 104. The filtering system is composed of diffusers with special windows of 0,4 mm. The Quartzite (sand) used is a very fine quartz cross-section, 1-2 mm. Expulsion of impurities takes place with the help of a backwashing system (supplied on request), that reverse the flow. The double chamber system allows the backwashing with cleaned water without using intercepting filter.

Art. 104
Grit filter



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 104 is built entirely in hot galvanized steel, is composed by a cylinder whose base is positioned a grid with holes of 5/6 mm with the purpose of supporting the grit filtering bed.


FUNCTIONING

The simple configuration of the grit model is perfectly suitable for filtering water from ponds or streams. The flow of water enters from the top and pass through the grit which will keep most of the unwanted substances tanks to the micro passages created by the positioning of the grit itself. Elimination of impurities is via a backwash system, supplied on request, which reverse the flow of water. Usually are coupled, in this way you can run the backwashing of the first filter with the clean water coming from the second and vice versa.

Art. 108
Hydrocyclone



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 108 is a generic solid separator filter built entirely in hot galvanized steel. Basically his structure is subdivided in two parts : input section and collection chamber. The input section has to impose a circular flow to the water that allow the action of the centrifugal force, while the collection chamber has the task of containing the impurities detached from the flow.


FUNCTIONING

Its operation is subject to the law of "Stokes". The water forced to enter tangentially into the filter is accelerated and the centrifugal force push particles towards the external walls keeping clean water in the middle. The discharge of accumulated solids in the collection chamber takes place through a valve located at the base of the filter.

Art. 109
Hydrocyclone D.C.



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The filter Art. 109 is a generic solid separator filter built entirely in hot galvanized steel. his base structure is made with a cylindric section and two dished (minimum thickness 3 mm). Inside of it we find a cone that creates a double chamber system. This system solves the common problems that conic hydrocyclones have, most of them, used for shorts periods, have a cutting problem at the base of the cone, caused by the high speed of the water - send mixture.


FUNCTIONING

The Cs/92 filters, are hydrocyclones with double chamber system, and their operation is given by the speed of the water flow, that entering tangentially creates vorticity that push particles towards external wall. The lamellar structure of the cone permits the immediate expulsion from the water flow of the main part of the unwanted particles, in this way clean water can pass through the cleaned vortex, and not a dirt vortex like in the common hydrocyclones, this improves the percentage of filtration until 99%. The discharge of accumulated solids in the collection chamber takes place through a valve located at the base of the filter.

Couplings



CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The couplings are made internally from calendering to the edge calibrated, high precision allows a perfect coupling with the PVC pipes. Couplings are stocked with hundreds of pieces available for immediate delivery in all configurations: rough steel, galvanized or stainless 304.

All the couplings and items that are made with them are accompanied by pressure seal for all diameters.
